Description
-
On the tip of this bow, there is a wrought iron stirrup with two points in it, facing forward. The prod (bow) is likely steel and bears its original bowstring. The prod connects to the stock with bow irons. The stock is wooden and plain in design. The crossbow has a steel sight which does not fold back, as well as a trigger guard and a steel trigger. Those who handled the crossbow described the stock as being mounted on a piece of bone.
