Description
-
The steel prod stamped with a mark on the inside, reinforced by thick green and tan bridling rope incorporating the stirrup. The bow looks extremely well preserved, with the bowstring frayed near the rolled metal prod secured with safety string. The hard wood features full ivory panelling and checkered pattern all along the sides, and engravings on the top. Sitting in shaped iron reinforcements, the ivory nut is secured with nussfaden around the bow's column. With striped pom-poms throughout the bow, two are placed on the lever-like trigger guard. A transverse pin sits right above the trigger, hinting at the presence of a cranequin to cock the bow.
